A large government agency contracted Red Carrot to help them understand the impact of their outreach efforts through social and traditional media and gain insights on how to become more effective at reaching audiences.


Red Carrot built easy-to-understand dashboards that gave senior leadership and managers anytime access to statistics about website traffic and social media posts. We provided numerous  monthly, quarterly, weekly, and special reports to supply comprehensive and insightful information about agency mentions, trends and opportunities, and agency outreach campaigns and their impact on client goals. We also conducted ongoing monitoring of social and traditional media related to contentious subjects involving the agency.
