Our client is the leading seafood restaurant chain with over 500 restaurants nationwide. Red Carrot was contracted with managing and overseeing the live event execution of conferences held nationwide over numerous years.


Red Carrot directly managed and oversaw the live event execution of franchise conventions held in Atlanta, Nashville, Orlando, and San Antonio. We led and coordinated every facet of these conventions including event logistics (involving food & beverage, AV, entertainment, speakers, and transportation) and the conceptualization and management of creative design services such as exhibit displays, directional signage, and invitations.

While organizing and executing the events, we acted as the liaison between our client and all vendors and facilitated online attendee registration. Throughout each event we greeted guests and assisted with any guest needs, fostering a smooth and seamless conference experience for all attendees. Our team was also responsible for post-convention initiatives, such as final reporting and invoice management of all vendors.
