Captain D’s hosts conventions annually to foster conversation with and between their franchisees. They needed help putting together a tour.


Red Carrot directly managed and oversaw the event execution of the 3-day franchisee conventions for Captain D’s held in Atlanta, Nashville, Orlando, and San Antonio, for multiple years. We led and coordinated every facet of these 500+ participant conventions.

During the 3-day convention, we coordinated multiple vendors, speakers, and attendees on-site and we ensured all events were on time. Red Carrot oversaw and facilitated all event logistics (including food & beverage, AV, entertainers, speakers, laser light show, transportation, etc.). We greeted guests and assisted with any guest needs, fostering a smooth and seamless conference experience for all attendees. We used our proprietary Red Carrot Event Management System throughout to track and monitor the status and progress of all tasks and timelines.
