Our client is the leading seafood restaurant chain with over 500 restaurants nationwide. Red Carrot was contracted with managing and overseeing the live event execution of conferences held nationwide over numerous years.

THE SOLUTION.

Red Carrot directly managed and oversaw the live event execution of franchisee conventions held in Atlanta, Nashville, Orlando, and San Antonio. We led and coordinated every facet of these conventions. We handled all conference scheduling including, AV, onsite video and photography, and speakers; identified, secured, and scheduled all speakers and entertainers for the events; and acted as the liaison between our client and all vendors.

We further conceptualized and managed the creative design services of all convention needs, including a wide array of materials such as exhibit displays, photography, videos, posters, books, directional signage, and invitations. We facilitated online attendee registration as well as the research and coordination of the best audiovisual needs.

We managed the onsite coordination of multiple vendors, speakers, and attendees. We managed the run of the show to ensure all events were on time. Red Carrot oversaw and facilitated all event logistics (including food & beverage, AV, entertainers, speakers, laser light show, transportation, etc.). We greeted guests and assisted with any guest needs, fostering a smooth and seamless conference experience for all attendees.

Our team was also responsible for post-convention initiatives, such as final reporting and invoices management of all vendors.
